Welcome to Quick Karo! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Quick Karo, a platform owned and operated by Softech Coderz IT Solutions. By accessing and using https://quickkaro.in, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Platform Usage
- Seller Membership: To sell products on Quick Karo, you must register as a seller and pay a monthly membership fee.
- No Commission: Quick Karo does not charge any commission on the seller’s revenue. However, payment gateway charges will apply on each transaction.
- Payouts: Payments to sellers will be processed on a weekly basis, covering sales from the last 7 days.
2. Seller Requirements
Sellers are required to provide the following documents to complete their registration:
- PAN Card
- Aadhar Card
- GST Certificate (optional, but required to access a personal dashboard)
- Sellers without a GST certificate can sell through the admin’s account, but they will not have access to a seller dashboard.
3. Product Listings and Shipping
- Sellers can list their products and manage their online store through the Quick Karo platform.
- If shipping materials are required, additional charges will apply.
- Sellers are responsible for ensuring that all product listings are accurate and up to date.
4. Advertising and Promotions
- Sellers can promote their products on Quick Karo by purchasing advertising options available through the platform.
- Advertising charges are separate from the monthly membership fee.
5. Taxes and Compliance
- Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax regulations, including GST.
- Both GST-registered and non-registered sellers can operate on Quick Karo. GST charges will apply based on the seller’s registration status.
6. Termination of Agreement
Quick Karo reserves the right to terminate or suspend a seller’s account for violating these terms or engaging in fraudulent, unethical, or illegal activities. Quick Karo can terminate the agreement at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Quick Karo provides the platform “as is” and is not responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from transactions or interactions on the platform.
- Sellers and buyers agree to resolve any disputes independently, and Quick Karo is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages.
8. Changes to Terms
Quick Karo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on this page, and it is the seller’s responsibility to review the terms regularly.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of Quick Karo will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
