Cancellation and Refund Policy for Quick Karo

At Quick Karo, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where customers wish to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines the conditions for cancellations, returns, and refunds on our platform.


1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Cancellation by Buyer

  • Before Shipping: Buyers can cancel their order before it is shipped by visiting the “My Orders” section of their Quick Karo account and selecting the cancel option. No cancellation fee will apply if the order is canceled before shipping.
  • Within 1 Day of Purchase: Buyers must initiate a cancellation within 1 day of placing the order. After this period, the order will be processed, and cancellations will not be accepted.

1.2. Cancellation by Seller or Quick Karo

  • Quick Karo or the seller reserves the right to cancel an order if:
    • The product is out of stock.
    • There are pricing or technical errors.
    • Delivery is not possible at the provided address.
  • If an order is canceled by the seller or Quick Karo, the buyer will be notified via email, and the full payment will be refunded.

2. Return Policy

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

    • The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
    • The product delivered is different from the one ordered (wrong size, color, etc.).
    • The product is unused, and all original tags and packaging are intact.
  • Non-returnable Items: Certain products such as perishable goods, customized products, and personal care items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds will only be issued for items that meet the return conditions outlined above.
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, Quick Karo will notify the buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • Refund Settlement: Approved refunds will be credited to the buyer’s Quick Karo Wallet. The wallet balance can be used for future purchases on the platform.

3.2. Partial Refunds

  • In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., for returned items that are not in their original condition, items missing parts, or any item returned beyond the return window).

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to the Quick Karo Wallet and can be used for future orders. If requested, refunds may also be returned to the original payment method upon special approval.
  • Wallet refunds will reflect within 7-10 business days after the return has been approved.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a product defect or error on the part of Quick Karo or the seller, the buyer will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the buyer may be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
